At Hope UMC we center our lives on Jesus Christ. We seek to follow his example by living out the 2 greatest commandments: Love God and love neighbor. We know that we need a living relationship with Jesus to live like him. The Holy Spirit working within us heals us of our fear and selfishness enabling us to be the loving people God created us to be.

We cannot love God if we do not love our neighbor. We are passionate about showing the world who Jesus is by loving people the way he did. We believe that we are called to express the Good News of Jesus in our homes, our church, our community, and the world. We love you for who you are and for who God created you to be. We cut no one out.

Life in Service
Jesus told us that a tree is known by its fruit. Out of the love we receive from Jesus and the growing love that we have for people, we put that love into action. We believe that salvation is not just a personal matter, but is intended for all people. It is about freedom from sin, brokeness, isolation, rejection, poverty, violence, and so much more. We serve in Christ's spirit to bring people the full life that God wants for all people.
